I gave this cute spoon rest as a Christmas gift! It was delivered well before expected, packaged thoughtfully and my friend loved her gift. It's being used daily and looks lovely on the countertop ☺️

Totally disappointed in this purchase. Bought from this seller in Australia over two months ago. Never received the item. Seller overcharged for the slowest possible shipping and partially refunded the overcharge - only when I asked. She was mostly slow to respond or unresponsive and took little initiative in getting to the bottom of what happened to the missing order (that got shipped to the WRONG country). It is HER responsibility to track the order down OR to offer to give me a refund and file the loss with the postal insurance that SHOULD HAVE BEEN on the package. Seller would merely reply that this lost package wasn't her fault. YEAH, it is if she does nothing about it! She stopped responding. I had to file a case with Etsy to get my refund. Lesson learned. Never buying from Etsy sellers from out of the country again
